We understand that many of our clients might have concerns about holding their event in the time of coronavirus. Rest assured that Four Seasons Catering follows strict sanitation, hygiene, and health regulations to keep everyone safe.

 

The following procedures are in place:

 

Before and After Your Event

  • Kitchen is fully cleaned and sanitized

  • All tableware, dinnerware, and serveware are sanitized

  • Kitchen and office staff pass general health and temperature checks prior to working

  • Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves during food preparation

 

During Your Event

  • Servers pass general health and temperature checks prior to working

  • Servers wear masks and gloves

  • Extra steps will be taken to cover food being served during open buffet

  • For guests with quick questions about the dishes, buffet signs with ingredients can be provided for each item
